What is the difference between the canning scoop and a kitchen ladle?
You will need a few ladle full to fill up a jar and then getting all the jars to have the same amount get s a bit tricky while with the scoop, 1 or 2 scoop would fill up your jar and as it has measurements on, all jars will have the same amount.
What is “Food Grade Stainless Steel” and why is it important?
“Food Grade Stainless Steel” is the only type of stainless steel that is durable in high temperature and/or high acidity environment and dont release toxic chemicals which makes them suitable for cookware and cutlery.
Does this mean other types of stainless steel are not good?
Not at all, Each type has a different use and good in their own field. As an example, the type of stainless steel use in a kitchen sink is perfect as while it does not use the same material, it means it makes them affordable for their purpose.
Is this set dishwasher safe and can it be sterilized?
Yes and yes. But please only on top shelf. And please be careful of the “lid lifter” as the magnet is not rust proof and needs to be dried soon as the wash is complete to prevent rust.
